Vagab(o/u)nds Research
Using the FMD Asteroid, speeding above the turbulence Vagab(o/u)nds Research will provide a temporary weightless research environment for souls in transit in need of a semi-material environment. Drawing on the FMD Comet and the FMD Constellation, Vagab(o/u)nds Research will offer a meeting place, and, on a monthly basis, a collegiate a collaborative seminar series and mentoring.
1. Atelier Vagab(o/u)nds
The Atelier will offer a monthly collaborative seminar led by the participants following an agreed programme. It will take place on between 19.00 and 21.00 GMT (preceded by coffee and cake) between October and June using a Zoom platform.
2. Salon Vagab(o/u)nds
The Salon will provide a locus of collegiate support and mentoring with monthly update meetings between 19.00 and 21.00 GMT on the day following the seminar.
3. Accommodation
Accommodation on the Asteroid for the Atelier Vagab(o/u)nds and Salon Vagab(o/u)nds is free, but so that we can plan events, participants must nominate the intended duration of their stay (6, 12, 18, 24 or 32 weeks) and commit to the programme offered during that period as research collaborators.
